When I first saw the ad on the April issue, I became sanguine. My favorite magazine is having their first-ever Style Awards and that would be a great time for a Candy girl like me (btw, I’m a Candy girl since 2004). Two days before the event, I rushed to the mall and bought the May issue. Yay! That means I got a ticket. My only problem is that no one is available to join me. That’s when I said “Why not go solo? Besides it’s a once in a lifetime experience that you should have.”
I already planned what to do that day. Volleyball Game, quick shower then off to Rockwell. Suddenly, a heavy rain started to fall. So I let it stopped first before I leave the house. Since, I’m already late I didn’t push through my fasyon outfit. Boo! But I didn’t concede yet. At 6:30, I finally arrived at Rockwell Tent. Good thing, there is still a line outside. The show was about to start when I entered the tent. I feel so lucky. The world conspired with me. Being alone isn’t so bad after all. I still had a blast. Can’t wait for the next Candy event.

My siblings and I went to Baguio for a weekend getaway. Stroll, pig-out and shop were mostly the things we did. We definitely enjoyed our short stay here. And I bet we’ll do this again.
